While we will make every effort to prevent cross-contamination in our kitchen through our use of colour-coded allergen equipment, high cleaning standards and rigorous staff training, we are unable to guarantee that any food item on our menu is free from any specific allergen. Cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
